Price Increase: Quick Note About IsaLean Shakes, IsaLean Pro and IsaPro

We are very excited to introduce our new IsaLean® Shakes, now with 50 percent more whey protein!  Isagenix Founder, Master Formulator and Product B Formula Developer John W. Anderson has made the best even better by increasing protein and fiber while reducing carbohydrates and sugar and eliminating soy.  These formulation changes, combined with well-publicized highs in commodity costs (whey protein costs are up over 100 percent from 2 years ago) has necessitated that we adjust prices.  We are very proud that we have been able to minimize this increase through increased productivity in our purchasing and manufacturing processes.

As Commodity Prices Increase Whey Protein & High-Quality Cocoa Costs Escalate

Anyone watching or reading the business news lately has certainly seen that commodity prices are going up as the dollar is deteriorating in value.

As we’ve been sharing for the past month, two of our most important ingredients, the exclusive whey protein and high-quality cocoa, used in our IsaLean® Shakes have escalated by 88 percent and 50 percent respectively. As a result, the prices of our IsaLean Shakes and IsaPro® increased by $2 and 1 BV per canister/packet box on Wednesday, January 5, 2011.

If you have IsaPro or IsaLean Shakes in your Autoship or a pak that has one or both of the products and we wanted to remind you of this price and BV update. Below are more details with the modest price and BV adjustments for each pak and system.
