Most of the ingredients included in Ionix Supreme are not typically found on your average grocery shelf. Among them are herbs and natural substances—some of them quite rare—that provide powerful adaptogenic and antioxidant properties. Isagenix Founder and Formulator John Anderson says he designed the formula with the intention of bringing together health-giving nutrients from all over the world.
“Ionix Supreme is very potent,” says Anderson. His mission was to create “nature’s answer for optimal health” by incorporating the planet’s finest to support energy and stamina. A Brief History on Adaptogens and Performance
We have former Soviet Union research scientists Nicolai Lazarev and Israel Brekhman to thank for first identifying what they coined as adaptogens in 1947. The researchers drew their inspiration from ancient Chinese and Siberian traditions, whose followers made use of special herbs before a hunt or a battle.
