Holiday Hours & Delivery Schedules Through the New Year

The holidays are upon us and we want to make sure you are aware of upcoming closures and delayed delivery dates due to the holidays. Please note the following for our holiday Customer Care hours as well and contact Support@IsagenixCorp.com should you have any questions. To avoid any shipping delays due to the holiday schedule, place your orders right away to ensure that you receive the product you need just in time.

Thursday, December 23: Customer Care phone support will be available from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, IsaChat™ will be available from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST and Will Call* will be open in Chandler, Ariz. from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. PST.

Friday, December 24: Christmas Day will be observed for the U.S. and Mexico and deliveries will be delayed until the next business day. Will Call will not be available in the U.S. and phone hours will be available from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. PST. Please also note that IsaChat will be available from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. PST.

Saturday, December 25: Christmas Day will be observed by our Customer Care Team and phone support, e-mail support, Will Call and IsaChat will be closed for the holiday.

Monday, December 28: Tuesday, December 29: Christmas Day and Boxing Day will be observed in Canada with pick-up and deliveries delayed until Wednesday. The Customer Care department will be open for standard business hours.

Friday, December 31: New Year’s Eve will be observed in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Deliveries will be delayed until the next business day, but phone hours will be available from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, IsaChat will be available from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, and Will Call* will be open in the U.S. from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. PST.

Saturday, January 1, 2011: In observance of New Year’s Day, phone support, e-mail support, IsaChat and Will Call will not be available.

*Please note that if you place your Will Call order prior to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, your order should be available for pickup.
