Recharge Your Health with “Spring Cleansing”

We are all familiar with spring cleaning—the part of the year when we traditionally set aside time to clean the house or the yard. During this time, we should also remember our bodies.

When I’m asked about the best time to cleanse your body, my answer is generally, “As soon as your body starts to feel poorly.” The human body can give you clues for making good nutritional decisions, and listening closely to it is a great step toward being in charge of your health.

My suggestion for a successful spring cleansing protocol is to perform Deep Cleansing for two consecutive days a week for up to two weeks (two Cleanse Days a week as traditionally performed with a 9-day program, but which can also be performed when beginning a 30-day program). The protocol can help you jumpstart losing weight and achieving results.

Afterward, the two-days-per-week Cleanse Day protocol can be followed by Deep Cleansing one day per week (as suggested while following a 30-day system), until you reach your target weight.
