Baked Encrusted Salmon

Ingredients
2 6-oz. wild Alaskan salmon filets
2 tsp. olive oil
1 lime
4 tsp. IsaCrunch®
Seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, pepper)

Sprinkle seasonings on filets. Squeeze lime juice over filets. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and coat with 1 tsp of IsaCrunch on each side. Broil or grill until the filets flake easily.
